   After sharpening his skills as a DJ in Montreal’s nightlife, hosting live radio shows and private events, Critical Hype carved his niche - creating blends. 

   Hype’s passion for music and his celebration of DJs, producers and rappers, has garnered him critical acclaim from such esteemed media outlets as Rolling Stone, Complex, MTV, Esquire, Pigeons & Planes, Genius and Billboard, just to name a few.

   Over the past 6 years and after countless hours spent in studio, DJ Critical Hype has released 10 projects, racking up over 60 million streams on Audiomack alone and receiving coverage from international radio outlets such as BBC Radio 1 and Sway in the Morning on Sirius XM.
